Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current customers and partners to develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Pursue and develop new business opportunities in India and surrounding regions with OEMs, retailers, banks, and key partners.
  • Create persuasive proposals and manage complete sales processes from planning through negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver market and customer insights to guide broader commercial and product development strategies.
  • Work closely with Key Account, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify and capitalize on sales potential.
  • Assist in forming strategic partnerships and ensure coordination among OEMs and ecosystem participants.
  • Keep detailed records and ensure CRM platforms like Salesforce are consistently updated.
  • Oversee direct reports when necessary to advance upselling, cross-selling, and regional expansion goals.
