Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos for prospective customers
  • Clearly explain the product and tailor presentations to prospect needs
  • Manage prospects throughout the full sales process
  • Run discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  • Work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders on pipeline priorities
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Share market feedback, objections, and insights with internal teams
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of the sales process

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales, ideally in an Account Executive or closing-focused role
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong demo and presentation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers
  • Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing confidence

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into e-commerce, brand, or marketing-focused teams
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or related ecosystems
  • Experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Experience working UK and/or US business hours
