Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow federal government sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in federal agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecast.
  • Stay current with federal procurement processes and regulations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal sector.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to federal clients.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and customer data.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide input on product development based on client feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the federal sales team.
