Responsibilities
- Lead inbound opportunities from demo to closing
- Take an active part in responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Grow network with HR & training decision-makers
- Develop best sales strategies to close deals
- Perform first demonstration of product to clients
- Ensure accurate reporting of activity to optimize forecast and build sales strategies
- Build pipeline
- Close first deal
- Build solid network of HR Directors, VP HR, Training Managers in France and EMEA
- Process continuous flow of inbound projects
- Develop business opportunities within new accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets
- Tackle more complex, multi-thread deals
- Contribute as subject matter expert on 360Learning platform
- Share knowledge with rest of organization
- Improve sales playbook
- Participate in internal projects
Requirements
- + 3 years of experience in a Sales role, in the SaaS industry or a great experience in strategy consulting
- Experience of performing complex software/platform demos in your sales process
- An ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision makers at all levels
- Excellent active listening skills and a "Team Player" attitude
- Fluent English (US/UK)

Team size: 3 Account Executives. Structure: Part of Mid Market team reporting to AE Mid Coach and VP Mid Market
Additional Information
- Enthusiasm for Convexity culture required
- Must be based in UK
- Onboarding: within one month - get familiar with team, learn how 360Learning works, learn about Convexity culture, take part in customer meetings, familiarize with Trello, Salesforce, finalize onboarding
- Within 3 months: perform first demo, ensure accurate reporting, build pipeline, close first deal
- Within 6 months: build network in France and EMEA, process inbound projects, develop opportunities, meet/exceed targets
- Within 12 months: tackle complex deals, contribute as SME, improve sales playbook, participate in internal projects
- Language requirement: Fluent English (US/UK)
