Shape the future of group travel by leading sales efforts in South Africa as an Account Executive. You'll manage the entire sales journey—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—while helping multi-day tour operators succeed with a powerful, innovative platform.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to travel businesses, build relationships, and guide them through the platform’s benefits.
- Deliver clear, engaging product demos tailored to client needs.
- Manage your pipeline with focus, aiming to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Work closely with onboarding specialists to ensure new clients start strong.
- Share real-world insights from customers to help shape product improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or travel tech.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presentations.
- Proven ability to drive outbound conversations and close deals independently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- A self-starter mindset—someone who spots opportunities and takes initiative.
What We Offer
- Base salary of $22,000 USD, with first-year target earnings of $38,000 and growth to $50,000 in year two, plus uncapped commission.
