What You’ll Do
- Lead design efforts in creating fluid character movement, impactful combat mechanics, and memorable enemy behaviors
- Translate creative concepts into functional gameplay systems through close collaboration with programming and art teams
- Refine designs using iterative testing and actionable feedback
- Present original ideas for gameplay features and project direction
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of three years in game design, with a focus on 3D action titles for PC or consoles
- Formal training or equivalent experience in game design
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine or similar technology
- Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and visual formats
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- A collaborative mindset and dedication to team success
