Responsibilities
- Identify and compile highly focused prospect lists of over 100 qualified leads each week by researching online sources and databases
- Create and send customized cold email outreach using platforms such as Hunter.io or Apollo to verify contacts and scale efforts
- Launch and oversee affiliate partnerships including recruiting affiliates, structuring agreements, monitoring payouts, and improving return on investment via intuitive reporting tools
- Enter and manage leads in HubSpot or comparable CRM systems, guiding them through automated nurturing workflows
- Review performance data weekly, measuring key indicators like response rates, conversion pathways, and cost per lead to adjust strategies and meet ambitious goals
