We're seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer to lead the creation of advanced AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows with minimal oversight. You'll shape the architecture behind autonomous systems that deliver measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop agent-based AI solutions that reason, plan, and self-correct using LLMs, memory, and feedback mechanisms.
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems—collaborative, hierarchical, or tool-integrated—for real-world applications.
- Implement robust memory, state tracking, and long-running processes to support persistent agent behavior.
- Optimize reasoning strategies, prompt techniques, and evaluation frameworks to improve performance and reliability.
- Integrate and fine-tune both open-source and commercial LLMs for agentic tasks.
- Apply RAG, function calling, planning loops, reflection, and self-assessment patterns to enhance agent intelligence.
- Assess models for accuracy, safety, cost-efficiency, and operational resilience.
- Build scalable, secure, and observable AI services for production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and platform engineers to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor peers, improve engineering standards, and help define the future of AI capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ in AI/ML.
- Strong Python skills and experience with backend systems and APIs.
- Hands-on work with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and embedding pipelines.
- Understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native design, and MLOps practices.
- Proficiency in NLP, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with structured and unstructured data workflows.
- Knowledge of model safety, hallucination reduction, and AI governance principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience deploying agentic AI in production.
- Exposure to cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Background in multi-modal AI systems (text, image, audio).
- Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in AI deployments.
- Leadership in complex AI initiatives and technical decision-making.
- Ability to communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated curiosity, systems thinking, and initiative in ambiguous environments.
