Role Overview
We’re looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to develop and implement intelligent, autonomous agents that enhance business processes. You’ll create systems that reason, plan, and act across platforms to improve data quality and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy self-directed AI agents that carry out complex workflows with minimal human oversight
- Build multi-phase reasoning pipelines using tool integration, memory retention, and planning logic
- Enable AI agents to interact securely with platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google services
- Implement safeguards, evaluation protocols, and human review points to meet compliance and security standards
- Work with internal teams to support infrastructure that enables agent orchestration and responsible AI practices
- Track, analyze, and refine agent performance using defined metrics and feedback loops
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Proven experience developing AI agents using Claude Code or OpenClaw, with expertise in tool-calling and multi-step reasoning
- Familiarity with integrating AI systems into webhook-driven platforms like Salesforce and Slack
- Experience using Playwright or comparable browser automation tools
- Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript
- Background deploying autonomous agents into production environments
- Solid grasp of LLM constraints, evaluation frameworks, and prompt optimization techniques
Technology Environment
You’ll work with a modern stack including Claude Code, OpenClaw, Salesforce, Slack, Google services, Playwright, Python, and TypeScript.
Work Environment
