As an AI Automation Developer, you'll play a key role in transforming operational workflows through intelligent automation. You'll work directly with service design and operations teams to turn concepts into functional prototypes, using your technical expertise to rapidly test and refine solutions in real-world settings.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and evaluate AI-powered automation tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day operations.
- Turn early-stage ideas into working models, focusing on speed, usability, and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and iterate on designs.
- Deliver consistent, incremental improvements—aiming for at least one validated solution per week.
- Analyze each solution’s performance, scalability, and limitations to guide future development.
