Remote Recruitment is hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design and implement intelligent, low-code/no-code automations that enhance productivity across business functions. You will build workflows that power seamless operations by integrating cutting-edge AI tools and technologies.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy advanced automations using platforms such as N8N, Make.com, and Zapier
- Build agentic AI workflows using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)
- Integrate and automate tasks across CRMs, project management, communication, and productivity tools
- Translate SOPs and manual processes into structured, scalable automations
- Refactor existing automations into more robust low-code solutions
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and version control for all workflows
- Ensure all automations meet standards for governance, scalability, and usability
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement AI-driven solutions
- Build workflows that incorporate next-step logic and self-correcting behaviour
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in building low-code/no-code automations (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, N8N)
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, and data routing
- Experience with tools such as Funnelytics, GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable building workflows that parse LLM outputs and trigger logical next steps
- Familiarity with agentic/agent-based systems that act, decide, and self-correct
- Highly organised, proactive, and excellent at documenting processes
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection is essential
