Responsibilities
- Build and manage robust data infrastructure to support autonomous driving R&D at scale.
- Ingest, process, and consolidate data from diverse sources such as sensors, simulations, and databases using ETL techniques.
- Work closely with data scientists, researchers, and engineering teams to define data needs and implement technical solutions.
- Design and refine strategies for storing and retrieving data efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Enforce data governance policies and apply security protocols to safeguard confidential information.
- Oversee data pipeline performance, detect issues, and implement timely fixes to ensure reliability.
- Assess emerging data technologies and tools to enhance processing speed, scalability, and system capabilities.
- Support and mentor entry-level data engineers to strengthen team expertise and promote growth.
