As the AI Development Lead, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of Generative AI solutions for organizations modernizing their operations. You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from defining use cases to demonstrating working prototypes and refining them based on client feedback. This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, requiring deep expertise in AI systems and the ability to guide teams toward successful outcomes.
Solution Development & Delivery
You'll design and implement AI-powered Minimum Viable Products, integrating components like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and LLM orchestration tools into client cloud platforms. Your work will include building scalable data pipelines, connecting AI models to user interfaces, and ensuring prototypes are functional and aligned with business goals. You'll lead iterative development cycles, delivering demonstrations and incorporating stakeholder input to refine outputs.
Technical Leadership & Architecture
You will define solution blueprints that incorporate AI capabilities within cloud environments, ensuring they meet performance, security, and integration requirements. This includes advising on deployment strategies, model monitoring, retraining pipelines, and operational readiness. You'll apply best practices in infrastructure-as-code and DevOps to support reliable, repeatable deployments and maintain system resilience.
Team & Client Engagement
In a client-facing capacity, you'll act as the primary technical liaison, translating business needs into technical direction. You'll lead agile sprints, manage backlogs, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. Mentoring developers and data scientists is a key component, helping teams adopt effective patterns in prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI governance.
