We are seeking an AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence systems. This role focuses on creating production-grade solutions using generative AI, large language models, and computer vision technologies. You will be responsible for the entire AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end AI systems with a focus on generative models, natural language processing, and visual recognition tasks
- Independently manage the full AI pipeline—from prototyping and model development to serving and scaling in production
- Build intelligent applications such as conversational agents, automation tools, and vision-driven systems
- Integrate with Snowflake for data processing, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows
- Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques to improve LLM performance
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and context relevance
- Package models using APIs and microservices for both real-time and batch inference
Required Expertise
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning applied to production systems
- Proven work with generative AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques including neural networks and predictive modeling
- Experience in computer vision tasks such as image classification, object detection, and OCR
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices—deployment, monitoring, and optimization of models in production
- Experience working with cloud platforms and AI service APIs
- Ability to operate independently and drive AI initiatives from idea to implementation
Technical Environment
The role leverages modern AI tools and infrastructure, including Python-based ML frameworks, real-time and batch inference systems, API-driven model serving, and cloud-native platforms. Snowflake is used as a core component for data modeling and analytics integration.
