As an AI Engineer, you will play a central role in developing and maintaining intelligent systems that transform data into actionable outcomes. Your work will span the full lifecycle of machine learning—from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment, monitoring, and optimization—ensuring robust, scalable solutions for both internal and customer-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end data-to-AI pipelines, including data transformation, prompt engineering, orchestration, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Develop and deliver AI-powered features that directly enhance product performance, user experience, or operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Data and Product teams to identify high-impact use cases aligned with strategic goals.
- Define and promote best practices in AI governance, model evaluation, and data operations across the organization.
- Generate clear, data-driven insights to guide decision-making and assess the effectiveness of AI implementations.
- Create structured experimentation frameworks to test models rigorously and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure production AI systems are observable, maintainable, and optimized for performance and scalability.
Qualifications
You bring 3–5 years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI and data systems. You’re proficient in Python and SQL, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles such as testing, CI/CD, and containerization.
Your background includes hands-on work with large language models—particularly RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and API integration. You have practical experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms, including AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, and a solid understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle.
Familiarity with integrating external AI services and deploying application-level AI components is a plus.
