As an AI Engineer, you'll leverage advanced coding agents and large language models to rapidly develop production-grade applications that automate workflows across healthcare businesses. Your work will directly reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop full-stack applications in hours or days using AI coding agents like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar tools
- Observe real user workflows to uncover unspoken needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and deploy LLM-powered tools for document processing, data extraction, and intelligent assistance
- Build custom scripts, integrations, and automation solutions tailored to business operations
- Continuously evaluate new agentic coding methods and recommend viable production approaches
- Deliver proof-of-concepts that demonstrate clear business impact
- Deploy, monitor, and refine AI applications based on real user feedback
- Collaborate with non-technical teams to communicate technical tradeoffs and project progress clearly
- Ensure all solutions comply with security, privacy, and healthcare data regulations
- Help shape tooling decisions and manage cost-efficiency across AI platforms
What We’re Looking For
You’re a hands-on engineer with proven experience shipping applications using AI-generated code—not just experimenting, but delivering in production. You combine strong software fundamentals with the ability to assess, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs.
- Proven track record of building and deploying real applications using AI coding agents
