About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven AI engineer to serve as the founding technical leader for our AI initiatives. This person will design, implement, and scale the core AI architecture that powers our product suite.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models into production environments
- Lead the selection and integration of AI frameworks and infrastructure tools
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Optimize model performance, latency, and inference costs
- Establish best practices for data pipelines, model training, and evaluation
- Drive research efforts to incorporate cutting-edge AI advancements
- Own end-to-end deployment of AI features from prototype to production
- Ensure models comply with accuracy, fairness, and security standards
- Mentor team members on AI and machine learning techniques
- Monitor model behavior and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Design systems for prompt management, versioning, and testing
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI output quality
- Integrate AI capabilities across multiple product surfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live AI systems
- Document architecture decisions and system designs
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure high-quality training data
- Implement observability and logging for AI components
- Stay current with advancements in large language models and generative AI
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning for AI features
- Balance innovation with system reliability and maintainability
Nice to Have
- PhD in machine learning, computer science, or related discipline
- Published research in NLP, deep learning, or AI conferences

- Open-source contributions to AI projects
