Role Overview
As an AI ML Architect, you will shape the technical direction of AI-driven systems and automation pipelines within a high-performance environment. Your work will center on building scalable, secure, and compliant solutions tailored to complex network and telecom challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI and machine learning architecture, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
- Design and optimize CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps to support rapid, reliable delivery.
- Apply deep proficiency in Python to develop automation scripts and streamline AI operations.
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and manage orchestration at scale with Kubernetes.
- Architect and maintain relational databases using SQL and SQLite to support system components.
- Guide development teams in model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring using MLOps principles.
- Enforce best practices in data governance, model versioning, and ethical AI use.
- Integrate cloud-native AI services and edge computing capabilities into existing platforms.
- Translate customer and business needs into actionable technical designs.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during implementation and issue resolution phases.
- Ensure all deployments meet security, regulatory, and industry compliance standards.
- Produce clear documentation for system designs, code, and deployment procedures.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years in technical leadership or solution architecture roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions and managing MLOps pipelines.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
- Familiarity with SQL and SQLite for data storage and retrieval.
- Experience working with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Working knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms offering AI services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
- Understanding of API design and microservices-based system architecture.
Preferred Background
Experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or related domains is highly valued and will strengthen your contribution.
Work Environment
This is a local position based in Gurgaon, India. The role requires on-site presence with no remote flexibility.
