We're seeking a founding AI Product Engineer to play a pivotal role in building next-generation AI systems from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder to rapidly prototype, test, and scale solutions across computer vision, image synthesis, video generation, and agentic data workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy AI models from research phase to production-ready applications
- Develop across multiple domains—LLMs, diffusion architectures, and vision systems—using modern frameworks
- Build lightweight MVPs and validate them in live e-commerce environments
- Integrate multiple AI components into autonomous, agentic pipelines for end-to-end task execution
- Continuously refine models based on real-world performance and user feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency with AI-powered development tools including GPT Codex, Claude, and Replit
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models (e.g., IP-Adapters, ControlNet), and vision-based systems
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new AI frameworks and APIs
- A builder mentality focused on fast iteration, measurable outcomes, and lean product development
- Understanding of system architecture, especially in orchestrating multiple AI agents into cohesive workflows

Work Environment
100% remote with team members across Europe and South Africa. Full schedule flexibility, with a requirement for at least five hours of overlap with Eastern European Time (EET) work hours. We use Hubstaff for transparent time tracking.
