Shape the future of AI-generated code by applying your deep Rust knowledge to train and refine large language models. In this role, you'll analyze, compare, and improve AI-written code snippets, ensuring they meet high standards for correctness, performance, and maintainability.
What You’ll Do
- Assess and rank multiple code outputs, clearly justifying which solution performs best and why
- Refactor and repair code generated by AI to fix logic flaws, inefficiencies, and style inconsistencies
- Provide structured feedback—edits, ratings, test outcomes—that directly feeds into the reinforcement learning process
- Help the model evolve its ability to write, critique, and enhance code through iterative human guidance
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of professional experience developing in Rust
- Strong analytical skills to quickly identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security risks
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to code evaluation
- Clear, precise written communication, especially when explaining technical trade-offs
- Comfort working independently in an asynchronous setting with minimal oversight
- A genuine interest in reading language documentation and technical specifications
Nice to Have
- Experience with constraint programming
Work Environment
Fully remote with no geographic restrictions. We operate on asynchronous workflows, prioritizing deep work and clear documentation over meetings. Your contributions will have direct, measurable impact—no bureaucracy, no filler.
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $30 to $70, based on experience and location. Pay is transparent and competitive within regional benchmarks.
