Enterprise Bot is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end success of our AI implementations. This role bridges technical delivery and customer partnership, ensuring clients achieve their strategic goals with our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical implementation and deployment of AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication as the primary project lead.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices and ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively solving technical and process-related challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Project Management, or Customer Success Engineering.
- Strong background in managing software or AI implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage executive-level relationships.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, global environment.

This is a fully remote, global position. You will collaborate with team members and clients across different time zones.
