This role is central to advancing AI adoption in a complex, regulated environment. You will develop policies that uphold ethical AI use, protect data privacy, and align with cybersecurity standards, while building governance models that include risk oversight and human-in-the-loop controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement AI governance structures to manage enterprise-wide deployment safely and effectively.
- Work closely with department leaders to uncover opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operational scale.
- Lead pilot initiatives and phased rollouts of AI agents across business units, including Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Support.
- Assess emerging AI platforms, including large language models and automation tools, in partnership with IT and external vendors.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems using APIs and low-code technologies to ensure smooth operation.
- Build frameworks to measure return on investment and performance impact of AI initiatives.
- Create training resources and adoption guides to increase organizational fluency with AI tools and responsible prompting practices.
- Stay current with advancements in AI by collaborating with research groups and technology partners.
- Advise internal teams on best practices, emerging capabilities, and risk-aware implementation strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. You must bring 3–7+ years in AI strategy, digital transformation, or process optimization, with direct experience in AI platforms, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries is preferred, as is familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce and ERP platforms. Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy in AI contexts is essential. Certifications in AI ethics or cloud-based machine learning are a strong plus.
Work Environment

Compensation
Salary range: $95,000 – $140,000 USD. No equity or additional compensation components are included.
