You'll serve as a go-to authority on AI architecture, guiding both internal teams and external clients through complex technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a principal advisor on AI and machine learning solutions, providing technical leadership across projects and client engagements
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into robust, future-proof AI architectures
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, solution designs, and client presentations
- Document and disseminate best practices in AI/ML engineering, model deployment, and data integration to strengthen organizational capability
What You Bring
- Proven experience designing data-driven solutions for use cases like fraud detection, risk modeling, decision automation, or customer intelligence
- Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies including large language models, natural language processing, vector databases, and end-to-end ML pipelines
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with experience deploying scalable AI workloads
- Understanding of modern software architectures—microservices, event-driven systems, containers, Kubernetes, and API management
- Strong grasp of MLOps, model serving patterns, and data infrastructure in production environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with security, performance, observability, and governance in distributed systems
- Prior experience in financial services or fintech is a strong advantage
