Key Responsibilities
- Assist financial institutions with quantitative analysis and decision-making using evidence-based methodologies
- Design, validate, and assess LLMs for performance, reliability, and alignment with client needs
- Explore emerging use cases in credit risk modeling, economic forecasting, stress testing, and behavioral analytics
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and open-source model ecosystems
- Apply frameworks like Langchain and RAG to enhance model functionality and integration
Qualifications and Skills
You bring a strong foundation in machine learning and a proven ability to work independently with complex systems. Required qualifications include:
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML, particularly in NLP and LLM development, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Familiarity with Python, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Experience with Langchain, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques
