Shape how data drives decisions by building robust, clean datasets from raw blockchain and production sources. In this role, you'll design and maintain core analytics models within a medallion architecture, ensuring accuracy and consistency across cross-chain transaction data including swaps, bridges, fees, and capital flows.
What You’ll Do
- Transform high-volume, semi-structured data into reliable, well-documented datasets
- Develop and own data models that support analytics across dozens of blockchain networks
- Collaborate with data engineering to refine ingestion pipelines and integrate external data sources like pricing feeds
- Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to define and standardize key metrics
- Enable self-service insights through dashboards and intuitive data structures
Who You Are
You care deeply about data integrity and clarity. You ask the right questions to uncover real needs and translate technical details into clear insights for non-technical partners. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
You bring 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, with strong expertise in SQL and data modeling. You're experienced with modern data orchestration tools such as dbt, Airflow, or Dagster, and you're comfortable navigating large, complex datasets.
