As an Animator / Motion Graphics Designer, you'll shape the visual identity of brand campaigns through dynamic motion content. Your work will span animated explainers, product demonstrations, social media assets, and marketing videos designed to capture attention and communicate messages clearly.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce 2D and 3D animations, including kinetic typography and visual effects, for digital and broadcast use
- Translate storyboards and creative direction into polished animated sequences across multiple formats
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive visual narratives
- Adapt animations for platforms such as social media, web, and video ads, following technical and brand standards
- Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop to build and refine motion content
- Work with 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya to enhance visual depth and realism
- Export deliverables in MP4, GIF, MOV, and WebM formats optimized for performance and platform requirements
- Organize project files, assets, and libraries to support efficient workflows and revisions
- Respond to feedback while maintaining creative integrity and meeting production timelines
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of professional animation or motion graphics experience with a strong demo reel
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Proven ability to create compelling visuals for digital marketing, advertising, or brand storytelling
- A keen sense of timing, movement, and visual composition
- Experience tailoring content for social platforms and digital ad specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines without compromising quality
- Openness to collaboration and creative direction from cross-functional teams
Preferred Background
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools, including sound integration
- Work history in agencies, SaaS, entertainment, or e-learning environments
- Familiarity with video performance metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and completion rates
Work Environment
This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Costa Rica. You’ll align with U.S. business hours and work within established creative processes. You’ll have creative autonomy while contributing to a structured, collaborative team environment focused on high-impact visual storytelling across diverse industries.
