As an Animator and Motion Graphics Designer, you’ll shape visual narratives that capture attention and communicate brand messages effectively. You'll produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for digital marketing, product explainers, and brand storytelling across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
- Design and animate engaging sequences for social media, digital ads, presentations, and brand videos
- Translate storyboards and creative briefs into polished, visually compelling motion content
- Integrate motion elements with static assets in collaboration with designers and editors
- Ensure all animations reflect brand identity, messaging goals, and campaign strategy
- Optimize deliverables for web, mobile, and broadcast platforms in formats like MP4, GIF, MOV, and WebM
- Manage animation assets, project files, and libraries to maintain consistency and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of professional experience in motion design or animation
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender
- Proven ability to deliver creative, on-brand animations under tight timelines
- Experience with digital ad specs, social formats, and platform-specific optimization
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and creative direction
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Maya or Blender
- Experience integrating sound with motion elements
- Work history in advertising, SaaS, entertainment, or e-learning environments
- Understanding of engagement metrics like CTR, completion rates, and viewer retention
