About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and supporting the Anthology suite of applications, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of Anthology platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
  • Collaborate with IT and academic staff to implement system improvements
  • Support user training and documentation development
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Perform regular system audits and data validation checks
  • Assist in the deployment of software updates and patches
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and escalation
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between Anthology and other systems
  • Maintain accurate system configuration records
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures
  • Respond to service desk tickets related to Anthology tools
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and end users
  • Support academic reporting and data extraction needs
  • Participate in project planning for system enhancements
  • Track and report on system uptime and incident resolution
  • Assist with user account provisioning and access management
  • Evaluate new features and functionality within Anthology releases
  • Document technical workflows and escalation paths
  • Ensure alignment with institutional policies and accreditation standards
  • Provide after-hours support during critical system events
  • Conduct testing for system changes in non-production environments
  • Monitor logs and alerts for potential system anomalies
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives
  • Promote best practices in system usage across departments
