This role focuses on the design, deployment, and optimization of Elastic Stack technologies across enterprise systems. The Analyst will lead the transition from legacy platforms to modern Elastic-based infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Elastic Stack solutions using Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats, tailored to enterprise requirements
- Deploy and manage Elastic Cloud environments and Linux-based virtual machines
- Lead migration initiatives from outdated systems to Elastic-driven platforms
- Configure and maintain containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data ingestion, indexing, and visualization frameworks
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot configuration issues
- Apply automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform to streamline infrastructure management
- Use AI-powered development assistants like GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot to improve scripting efficiency
- Document architectural decisions, deployment workflows, and operational best practices
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams
- Adhere to company policies, contractual obligations, and operational directives as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- Proven experience deploying and managing Elastic Cloud environments
- Strong working knowledge of the full Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats)
- Experience administering Linux VMs and configuring system architecture
- Background in enterprise migration projects and system scalability
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools including GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills in performance tuning and system optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on technical documentation
