This two-year rotational program is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and shaping digital products. Based in the Bay Area, it offers a structured path to develop real-world product management expertise through immersive assignments and cross-functional collaboration.
Program Experience
Participants will complete four six-month rotations across different product domains, engaging directly in the development and execution of product initiatives. Each rotation provides exposure to diverse challenges, methodologies, and teams, fostering a broad understanding of how product decisions impact technology, design, and business outcomes.
Throughout the program, associates receive ongoing mentorship from experienced product leaders and participate in tailored training sessions that build core competencies in product strategy, user research, and agile development.
