In this role, you'll develop and refine automation tools used across internal teams, focusing on practical applications like document analysis, data retrieval, workflow optimization, and communication support.
What You’ll Do
- Design, test, and deploy AI models that assist legal professionals with routine and complex tasks.
- Partner with attorneys and operational staff to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the CTO to ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Iterate on existing tools to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Document systems clearly and create training resources for non-technical users.
- Monitor advancements in artificial intelligence and assess their relevance to internal use cases.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or AI development.
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
- Ability to turn operational challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Independence and initiative, with a collaborative mindset when working with leadership.
Nice to Have
- Background in developing AI tools for professional services.
- Exposure to legal environments or legal technology, though not required.

Compensation
Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000. Position includes no equity component.
