As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust automation workflows using UiPath and related technologies. You'll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to transform process requirements into efficient, scalable solutions, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support automation solutions using UiPath across various business functions
- Monitor and maintain deployed automations, resolving incidents and optimizing performance
- Analyze existing processes and translate them into well-documented technical designs
- Follow and promote coding standards, contributing to shared libraries and reusable components
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align technical execution with client objectives
- Engage in technical discussions to demonstrate solution capabilities and drive adoption
- Explore emerging concepts such as agentic automation and prompt engineering for advanced use cases
- Assist in configuring and managing development and production environments
- Produce clear technical documentation, test plans, and operational guides
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in RPA or intelligent automation, with at least two years focused on UiPath development. Strong analytical and debugging abilities are essential, along with proven experience supporting live automation environments. You must be able to clearly communicate technical concepts and work effectively in collaborative, client-facing roles.
Experience with AI-related technologies such as NLP, OCR, or machine learning integrations is a plus. Programming skills in Python, .NET, VB, or JavaScript are also preferred.
