Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support automated test scripts using widely adopted tools and frameworks
- Develop and carry out detailed test plans for API and big data platforms
- Execute automated testing for regression, functionality, integration, and performance
- Establish and manage strategies for test data handling
- Build reusable test elements and sustain test automation frameworks
- Conduct manual testing when necessary, including exploratory and user experience checks
- Detect, log, and monitor software defects using issue tracking systems
- Work with developers to replicate and fix reported issues
- Analyze root causes of test and production failures
- Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and testing practices
- Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and deployment workflows
- Deliver testing timelines and ensure on-time milestone completion
- Assess and adopt emerging testing tools and techniques
