Responsibilities
- Design and sustain cloud-based services and APIs using C# and .NET for integration with vehicle diagnostic tools
- Respond to technical support requests, collaborating directly with field engineers and end users
- Examine CAN bus logs and utilize tools like Vehicle Spy to identify and resolve communication faults
- Process and interpret powertrain control module binary files, including data parsing and checksum computations
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving UDS, J1939, and manufacturer-specific vehicle protocols
- Partner with embedded systems developers by reviewing C code and supporting firmware debugging efforts
- Build secure, high-performance data pathways between cloud infrastructure and vehicle devices
