Responsibilities
- Dedication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment
- Deal directly with customers by phone, email, chat or ticketing system
- Respond within one hour to customer inquiries
- Provide pricing, stock and delivery information
- Follow up on customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Health and wellness industry experience, particularly in dietary supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals
- 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote or asynchronous environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter that works well alone or in small groups
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a medium to short timeline
Nice to Have
- Ability to work with different platforms (Zoho, Acumatica, SPS, etc.)
- Familiarity with [e.g., health and wellness space, supplements, e-commerce]
Additional Information
- This is a fully remote position.
- Standard collaboration window is 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST for meetings and team syncs, but not a required work schedule.
- Team members must attend required meetings, communicate effectively across time zones, and deliver work by agreed-upon deadlines.
