Hire Hangar is hiring a B2C Content & Lifecycle Coordinator

Shape consumer engagement across social, email, and SMS as the B2C Content & Lifecycle Coordinator. You'll craft daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and X, ensuring each message aligns with brand voice while resonating with real audiences. From writing and scheduling posts to designing quick-turn visuals in Canva or CapCut, your work will directly influence how customers experience the brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Write, design, and schedule daily social media content across multiple platforms, tailoring tone and format to each audience.
  • Build and send targeted email and SMS campaigns using tools like HubSpot or HighLevel, supporting both promotions and long-term nurture sequences.
  • Maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar, identifying gaps and opportunities in advance.
  • Respond to direct messages and comments to strengthen community connections.
  • Track performance metrics—opens, clicks, follows, views—in Google Sheets and deliver weekly summaries to inform strategy.
  • Keep CRM contact lists clean and segmented with accurate tagging for future outreach.

What We’re Looking For

You have 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management, including internships. You write naturally in English, crafting short-form copy that feels authentic and on-brand. You're comfortable using email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo and have hands-on experience with design tools like Canva or CapCut—portfolio samples are required.

Organization is second nature; you can manage multiple deadlines, drafts, and platforms without missing a beat. Bonus points if you’ve used SMS tools, AI assistants like ChatGPT for drafting, automation platforms like Zapier or Make, or if you can reply in Spanish or Portuguese.

How You’ll Work

This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Americas time zones. The team operates asynchronously, giving you flexibility in your schedule while maintaining clear communication and accountability. You’ll use tools including HubSpot, HighLevel, Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, and AI helpers to execute campaigns efficiently.

You’ll have direct impact—your content goes live quickly and reaches thousands. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within a remote-first, fast-moving environment where initiative is recognized and ownership is expected.
