Responsibilities
- Design and implement new systems, guiding them from concept to deployment through all stages of development
- Work closely with product managers and other key stakeholders to establish requirements and deliver robust software solutions
- Produce code that is clear, sustainable, and optimized for performance
- Engage in peer code reviews and actively contribute to discussions on system architecture and design
- Continuously monitor and enhance the efficiency, stability, and capacity for growth of backend systems
- Keep current with evolving technologies and trends to support innovation and technical advancement within the engineering team
