Begin your journey into technology through an intensive, fully funded 8-week remote training programme starting in March 2026. Designed for individuals without prior tech experience, this full-time course runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and equips you with foundational skills in software development and related disciplines.
What You’ll Do
- Complete a rigorous remote curriculum to prepare for client interviews
- Gain hands-on experience by working on live client projects during your placement
- Receive individual coaching and ongoing learning support
- Be considered for an 18-month placement in roles such as Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Tester, or Business Analyst
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a technical background—just the ability to commit full time from March to May 2026. Training is conducted remotely, and attendance during core hours is required. After successful completion, you’ll be introduced to client organisations for interview opportunities.
Compensation & Growth
The starting salary for placements is £26,700, with performance-based increases available at 6 and 12 months. Many participants go on to secure permanent roles with client companies. You’ll also continue receiving development support throughout your placement.
Work Environment
Training is fully remote. Client placements may require working onsite, depending on the organisation. The role offers a blend of remote learning and real-world project engagement.
