Responsibilities

- Bridge communication between patients, insurance companies, and medical staff to ensure smooth care coordination.
- Work with healthcare providers to design individualized care strategies for patients.
- Track patient progress consistently and deliver continuous support, resolving any issues that emerge.
- Provide on-demand translation during initial medical consultations between patients and providers when necessary.
