About the Role
The analyst will focus on maintaining and improving billing systems, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, implement changes, and ensure data integrity across financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor billing system performance and identify operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot billing discrepancies
- Support the implementation of system updates and configuration changes
- Document technical processes and maintain system requirement records
- Analyze data to validate billing accuracy and compliance
- Assist in testing enhancements and patches before deployment
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to billing functions
- Work with developers to refine system logic for billing workflows
- Track and report on key performance metrics for billing operations
- Participate in project planning for system integrations and upgrades
