We are looking for a Senior or Staff DevOps Engineer to join our trading technology team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions that power high-throughput, low-latency trading systems. Your work will directly impact the stability, performance, and scalability of critical services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable deployments
- Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure with a focus on resilience and efficiency
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual intervention and improve operational consistency
- Support incident response and contribute to post-mortem analyses
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or systems engineering, preferably in high-performance environments
- Strong proficiency with containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Experience supporting low-latency applications, especially in financial or trading systems, is highly valued
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and drive improvements
