This role is central to transforming raw data into meaningful business intelligence. You will analyze retail and consumer panel datasets to identify trends, performance indicators, and growth opportunities, supporting Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Category teams with evidence-based insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and interpret data from platforms such as Numerator MWP, NielsenIQ, and Circana Liquid Data to address strategic business questions
- Develop robust analytical frameworks and forecasting models to assess brand and category performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance in-house analytics capabilities and promote consistent reporting standards
- Identify, test, and scale new data partnerships to strengthen market understanding across the UK & Ireland
- Act as a trusted resource for Business Intelligence, guiding teams on best practices and methodology
- Integrate insights from multiple sources to form a comprehensive view of market dynamics and competitive activity
- Support data governance by establishing rules for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
- Monitor performance metrics across channels and geographies, ensuring timely and reliable reporting
- Contribute to the evolution of a shared knowledge platform and support integration with advanced analytics initiatives
- Engage with data vendors and provide feedback to optimize tool functionality and relevance
What We're Looking For
You have at least two years of experience in Business Intelligence, either in a market research agency or within a client-side team. You're skilled in using statistical or BI platforms and are adept at managing independent analysis in a fast-moving environment. Your strength lies in translating complex data into clear, practical recommendations.
You work with precision, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting demands. You’re proactive in identifying the right analytical approach for each business challenge and thrive when connecting insights across datasets to inform strategy.
