About the Role

The Brand Educator will connect with consumers in retail settings by demonstrating products, answering questions, and reinforcing brand messaging in a dynamic, hands-on role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to inform and educate customers.
  • Communicate brand values and product benefits clearly and accurately.
  • Represent the brand at retail locations during scheduled events.
  • Interact with customers to answer questions and provide samples.
  • Ensure all promotional materials are displayed according to guidelines.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Follow assigned schedules and report to designated locations on time.
  • Track and report activity using digital tools or forms.
  • Support campaign goals through consistent brand messaging.
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Promote trial and awareness of featured products.
  • Work independently while staying aligned with team objectives.
  • Handle product inventory responsibly during events.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Uphold brand standards in all interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Report logistical issues or supply needs promptly.
  • Engage in follow-up tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Contribute to a positive brand experience in each interaction.

Compensation

Work Arrangement

Team

Part of a field marketing team focused on direct consumer engagement and brand representation.

Event Schedule

Product Training
