About the Role

The role involves managing key broker relationships, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance and performance alignment across broker networks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of external broker partners
  • Develop strategies to enhance broker engagement and performance
  • Monitor and analyze broker activity and sales outcomes
  • Support brokers with onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and broker channels
  • Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with underwriting and product teams on tailored solutions
  • Facilitate feedback loops between brokers and internal departments
  • Drive broker acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals with broker firms
  • Promote new products and services to broker networks
  • Address escalated issues from brokers promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competition
  • Support digital transformation initiatives within broker channels
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with broker partners
  • Align broker activities with overall business strategy
  • Ensure accurate data reporting and CRM maintenance
  • Work closely with marketing on joint campaigns
  • Advocate for broker needs internally
  • Contribute to policy development for broker management
