The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders across various product areas to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. You'll examine current workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements that enhance performance and support automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with internal teams to collect, clarify, and document business and system requirements for reporting and analytics platforms.
- Review existing business practices within a complex technical environment, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop functional designs for dashboards—including metrics like DIFOT and Warranty tracking—in coordination with users and development teams located internationally.
- Create and manage data models, KPIs, and performance indicators in Power BI and related reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficient performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, with at least three years of experience in a business analysis or operational analytics role. Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel functions, and BI tools is essential. You must demonstrate a track record in streamlining processes and improving system efficiency through data-informed solutions.
