Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze data using Snowflake and SQL to address business questions and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that integrate diverse, complex data sources with intuitive navigation.
- Create robust BI data models and establish a standardized semantic layer for consistent metrics and reporting.
- Collaborate with centralized data teams to define requirements, identify authoritative data sources, and implement data quality validation.
- Implement and verify telemetry tracking for products and events, while maintaining clear definitions in a data dictionary.
- Conduct in-depth descriptive and diagnostic analyses, then communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Evaluate dashboard usage and performance metrics, refining for usability, speed, and user adoption.
- Maintain and manage a prioritized project backlog aligned with strategic business objectives.
