Join a forward-thinking delivery team focused on building digital commerce solutions for global brands. In this role, you'll act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and quality throughout the development lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into well-structured user stories and clear acceptance criteria that guide development teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to uncover business needs
- Translate business objectives into functional specifications and user-focused deliverables
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams from planning through to launch, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Review and interpret client-provided documentation to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvements
- Develop innovative, practical solutions while assessing technical feasibility and business impact
- Present solution proposals to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence
- Support system integration efforts, including both packaged platforms and custom-built components
- Provide accurate estimates for analysis tasks in coordination with project leadership
- Train end users on new systems and features as part of implementation cycles
- Maintain strong client relationships across all organizational levels, addressing concerns proactively
- Stay current with industry trends, particularly in eCommerce and digital experience platforms
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should bring proven experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital experience projects. You must be comfortable managing stakeholder relationships, leading workshops, and working within Agile environments. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience with business process modeling, system design, and integration projects is highly valued. A customer-centric mindset and the ability to work independently within a defined plan are key.
This role requires availability until 18:00 PL time to align with UK-based project teams. While hybrid or remote work is supported, some on-site presence may be necessary depending on project needs.
