As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in improving the quality and reliability of HEDIS reporting through detailed analysis of claims data and healthcare systems. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, assess business impacts, and implement solutions that align with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze claims data and healthcare systems to support accurate HEDIS measurement and reporting
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend corrective actions to meet compliance standards
- Collaborate with business units, subject matter experts, and technical teams to define requirements and validate solutions
- Conduct data mining and research to clarify reporting needs and ensure data integrity
- Lead root cause analysis for data discrepancies and propose effective, sustainable fixes
- Test and evaluate new reporting methods, tools, and technologies before deployment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and business requirement details
- Ensure claims handling and reporting workflows adhere to established policies and regulatory guidelines
