We're seeking a motivated developer to help maintain and improve our enterprise business systems. In this role, you'll work within the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment to build and refine queries, workflows, dashboards, and user interface elements that support core operations in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
What You'll Do
- Gain hands-on experience supporting and customizing the Epicor Kinetic platform
- Develop and modify Business Activity Queries (BAQs), workflows, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and test solutions
- Assist with data migration, system integrations, and troubleshooting
- Document configurations and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Stay up to date with ERP updates and contribute to system improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in IT, software development, or ERP support (internships count)
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts
- Basic knowledge of C#, REST APIs, or reporting tools
- Understanding of business process workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication style
- Willingness to learn and grow within enterprise systems
Preferred Background
- Exposure to any ERP system, especially Epicor Kinetic or ERP 10
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting platforms
- Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution operations
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $80,000 – $105,000. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. You'll also receive 15 days of combined vacation and sick time, which is available immediately upon hire, plus 8 paid holidays and a company-wide winter break.
