In this role, you’ll identify and convert high-potential opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations, using a consultative approach to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage decision-makers in marketing, sales, and business intelligence functions at companies with 50 or more employees
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from initial outreach to negotiation and closing—while building trusted advisor relationships
- Use your existing network to open doors and create entry points with strategic accounts
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success
- Identify expansion opportunities within current client bases to drive upsell and renewal growth
- Forge partnerships with agencies, resellers, and complementary tech providers to extend market reach
- Represent the company at industry events and strategic meetings across the region
- Share customer insights and market trends to help shape product development and marketing strategy
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Proven success in solution selling, particularly with value-based methodologies and complex offerings
- Ability to understand and articulate AI, data, and SaaS concepts to business stakeholders
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets independently
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or TeamLeader
- Comfortable discussing lead generation, data enrichment, and B2B marketing workflows
- Prior experience selling data platforms, SaaS, or enterprise software is a strong plus
Compensation & Structure
This is a performance-driven role with flexible engagement terms. You can opt into a monthly retainer or work on a full commission basis, with earnings tied directly to results. Commissions are set at 25–30% of first-year contract value, with recurring payouts of 5–10% on renewals. Monthly payments are issued upon client contract signature, and accelerators apply for overachievement.
Realistic annual earnings range from €50,000 to €80,000, with uncapped upside for top performers. There’s no ceiling—your income grows directly with your success.
